Completed in June 2023, this collection of 15 architecturally designed terrace homes marked the first chapter of The Cove. Designed by OGE Group Architects, the residences introduced a bold contemporary character through sculptural rooflines, raw concrete, warm timber and integrated landscaping.

Thoughtfully planned for privacy, connection and effortless coastal living, the terrace homes established the architectural vision and uncompromising standard that would define the wider precinct. More than an inaugural stage, they set the foundation for The Cove as one of Pelican Waters’ most distinctive waterfront communities.
